FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: tinned food is made by cutting, frying in melted butter and mincing pork, cutting, browning in melted butter and mincing garlic and onions, cutting, blanching and mincing sweet pepper, freezing and mincing leek leaves, boiling rice till double increase in weight and mincing it. Prepared ingredients are mixed with bone broth, tomato paste, salt, sweet pepper and СО2-biomass extracts of the specified micromicet type and hot black pepper. The obtained mixture is packed in aluminum tubes, pressurized and sterilized.
EFFECT: enhanced digestibility.
