FIELD: cardiology.

SUBSTANCE: electrocardiogram of a tested person is measured and cardiointervals are registered, from which type of nervous regulation of the cardiovascular system of person is determined. Additionally, vascular tone is determined by means of synchronously registering oscillograms of person's arterial vessel at different pressures imposed to the vessel. Besides, pulse wave propagation velocities are measured at different pressures. From data obtained, minimum pulse wave propagation velocity is found and, when minimum velocity value lies within the range 75-85 cm/s, a tone vessels, for which increased elasticity is characteristic, is stated. Persons with potential danger of collapsoidal complications from brusque physical exercises are considered those with increased elasticity of vessels combined with vagotonic nervous regulation type.

EFFECT: enabled prognosis of arising collapsoidal states after brusque physical exercises in working environment and in sportsmen during training.
