SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to physiology and clinical medicine. The shape and parametres of the pulse wave for several cardiac cycles are registered, which determine the type of neural regulation of the cardiovascular system of the subject. When combined vagotonic type of neural regulation with one or more parametres of pulse wave: the degree of acuity of the main burst of pulse wave is less than 15°, the ratio of an extra burst to the amplitude of the main burst is less than 10%, the presence of oscillation in the form of pulse waves is over 10 Hz, the subject belongs to a group of persons with potential collaptoid complications during physical activity.
EFFECT: method expands the arsenal of means of selection of subjects in the group with the potential risk of progression of collaptoid complications at harsh physical activity.
