FIELD: vascular surgery.

SUBSTANCE: tool kit for small-invasion vascular operations has circular frame wound expander made with curve. Wound expander also has lockers for retractors of ten standard sizes; lockers are mounted for movement at preset direction. Tool kit also has pincers, vascular needle holder, vascular aortal clamp with branches of different lengths, Satinsky's aortal clamp and L-shaped key for fixation of retractors. Curve of frame wound expander is made along border of one third of its circle. Expander has eight lockers in form of round openings with screws. Five lockers are disposed at the same semi-circle, and three more lockers are disposed in other semi-circle. Retractors are made for dismounting; they have blades widths of 25-35 mm and handle in form of rod provided with contrivance for screwing into blade. Contrivance is mounted for fold along handle. Working part of pincers is curved at angle of 120° and it has length of 1 cm. L-shaped vascular aortal clamp has oval-shaped curve of working surface of 10 mm and 13 mm length. Branches of aortal clamp are curved at central part at angle of 80°. Vascular needle holder has lengths of branches of 32 cm and it is curved along plane in center at angle of 140°. Optimal access to abdominal aorta and its branches is provided.

EFFECT: reduced traumatism.
