St of 24-30 exercise is done daily. Any exercise consists of inhalation and exhalation followed by tightening of belly until feeling some deficit of air in lungs. Any exercise is made in two to four steps. Any step consists of at least two slight exhalations followed by simultaneous tightening of belly to raise diaphragm at any exhalation and with duration of exhalation for about 6-8 seconds. Patient starts tightening his/her belly below his/her belly button due to contraction of lateral abdominal muscles.
