SUBSTANCE: method for supplying oil containing cutting technological fluids at mechanical working comprises steps of oriented feed of cutting fluid to contact zone in combination with gas flow activated by electric discharges, ionized and ozonized; adding oil component in quantity 0.005 - 4.5 g/h into air flow and then activating prepared oil-air stream by means of electric discharges for generating polymer radicals due to modification of molecules of cutting fluid forming on metal surface films being lubricant material; feeding activated air-oil cutting fluid to contact zone under excess pressure 0.05 - 5.0 at.
EFFECT: enhanced strength of metal cutting blade type tools at working different materials.
