FIELD: measuring technique.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises measuring probe, source of pulse current through the measuring probe and specimen generated by means of capacitor, unit for measuring thermo electromotive force, switch of the sign of the unit for measuring electromotive force, and thermocouples whose electrodes are measuring and checking probes. The thermocouples are connected with the additional units for measuring thermo electromotive force. The device is provided with the controlled electronic switches connected to the circuit of charge and charge of capacitor.
