SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to create a highly reliable automatic continuous communication system. In the automatic control system of the DCM radio communication, a device is used for generating an estimate of the signal-to-interference ratio, a device for forming an estimate of the depth of fading, a device for generating an estimate of the probability of an error per bit, a device for estimating information speed, a dual-frequency receiver of radio signals of satellite navigation systems such as GLONASS/GPS, a device for determining probabilistic-optimal frequency for single-hop propagation of radio waves.

EFFECT: increased speed of information transmission in an automated DCM radio communication system by reducing the effect of multipath propagation of radio waves and forming an estimate of the parameters of the communication channel, taking into account the presence of fading in the absence of channels for active sensing of the expected operating frequencies.
