FIELD: fire-fighting means.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to fire extinguishing foams and can be used for class A and B fire suppression. The fire suppression foams are used for fire suppression of water-insoluble combustible fluids with a medium-density and high-density foam, fire suppression of solid combustible materials with a high-density foam and with an aqueous wetting reagent. The fire extinguishing compound contains (wt %) surface-active substances - sodium stearate - 8.0-12.0; secondary C8-C14 fraction sodium alkyl sulphate - 8.0-10.0; primary C8-C14 fraction fatty alcohol sodium alkyl sulphate - 8.0-10.0; a softener - glycerine - 12.0-17.0; n-Butanol - 0.5-5.0; primary C12-C14 fraction higher fatty alcohols - 1.0-3.0; carbamide - 5.0-15.0; water - the rest.
EFFECT: fire extinguishing agent allows producing the medium-density and high-density aspirated foam characterised by improved wetting and foam-generating capacity when used both in fresh water, and in sea water.
