FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to medicine, namely, to neonatology, and may be used for detection of the suffered chronic antenatal hypoxia in the newborn. On the 3-4th days of live of newborns maximal amplitudes (Amax) of endothelial, neurogenic, muscular, breathing and heart rates and microcirculation rate (M) are detected by Laser Doppler flowmetry on the opisthenar. Endothelial, neurogenic, muscular, breathing and heart parametres of microcirculation are derived from the expression Amax/M*100% and suffered chronic antenatal hypoxia is diagnosed by decrease of these values compared to those in control group.
EFFECT: method is simple, noninvasive; it enables improvement of the informative value of the diagnostics of chronic antenatal hypoxia in newborn infants, timely and appropriately indication of treatment and minimisation of risk of irreversible complications.
