METHOD OF PREPARATION OF THE WATER SOLUTION OF THE ELECTROLYTE Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC B01F1/00

Abstract RU 2308319 C1

FIELD: chemical industry; food processing industry; pharmaceutical industry; methods of preparation of the water solution of electrolytes.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of preparation of the water solution of electrolytes for alimentary, chemical and pharmaceutical industries and may be applied for preparation of the brines at production of the fish products, the meat products, the vegetable products, and also the tinned goods from an animal and-or vegetable raw materials, for intensification of the liquid-phase reactions in the water solutions of electrolytes at realization of the various production processes, for preparation of the physiological solutions and the liquid medical agents. The preferential field of application of the invention - the water solutions of the organic and inorganic acids, their salts, some bases, and also the polyelectrolytes. The electrolyte water solution is exposed to the attack of the ultrasonic cavitation at the preset hydrostatic pressure during the preset time. The ratio of the intensity of the ultrasound to the square of the hydrostatic pressure should be no less than 6.5 (watt/cm squared · atm squared). The invention allows to set the intensity of the ultrasound such, that the value of periodic cavitational disturbances of the pressure practically remained a constant in the whole range of the physical parameters of the treated solutions irrespective of the electrolyte concentration in them.

EFFECT: the invention allows to set the intensity of the ultrasound such, that the value of periodic cavitational disturbances of the pressure practically remained a constant in the whole range of the physical parameters of the treated solutions irrespective of the electrolyte concentration in them.
