FIELD: nonferrous metallurgy; chemical industry; mechanical engineering; methods of production of the superficially treated titanium material having the high resistance to oxidization and the products made out of this material.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the superficially treated titanium material having the high resistance to the oxidization, to the method of its production and to the combustion motor exhaust system made out of this material. The stated material -is produced by formation of the resistant to oxidization 1 film of 5 mm or more thick on the substrate containing commercially pure titanium or the alloy on the basis of titanium. The calcined film is formed by filling the intervals between the particles containing the commercially pure aluminum or the aluminum alloy containing 10 atomic percent or less of Si,- the chemical compounds containing M-element representing one or more elements from the group containing Ti, Zr, Cr, Si and Al and C and-or O. The invention also offers the method of formation of the given titanium material-. The combustion motor exhaust system is made out of this titanium material. The given titanium material has the high resistance to oxidization and ensures the high resistance to oxidization during the long- time, and also allows to exercise the superficial treatment by the safe method at the low value of the method of production of this titanium material.
EFFECT: the invention offers the superficially treated titanium material having the long time high resistance to oxidization and produced by the rather safe and cheap method.
