FIELD: measuring technique.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises measuring carriage and recording unit. The measuring carriage has independent weight, measuring wheel, gear box, free-running clutch, DC generator, voltage controller, active load, driven wheels, and frame of measuring carriage. The independent weight is connected with the measuring wheel . The gear box is connected with the rotor of the DC generator through the free-running clutch. The power output of the generator is connected with the input of the DC generator through the voltage controller. The input of the DC generator is the input of its exciting coil. The recording unit has processor, memory unit, display, and control desk. The input/output unit of the processor is connected with the memory unit. The control desk is connected with the first input of the processor whose first output is connected with the display. The second input of the processor is connected with the dynamometer of the testing bench when the device is calibrated. The second output is connected to the external devices. The additional device has first and second increment transducers, pickups of torque, arrester, electronic switch, and unit for generating control pulses. The measuring wheel is connected with the gear box through the pickup of torque. The measuring wheel and one of the driven wheels are connected with the first and second increment transducers, respectively. The power bus of the DC generator is connected with the input of the electronic switch through the active load. The second and third inputs of the electronic switch are connected with the first and second outputs of the unit for generating control pulses. The measuring carriage is connected with the recording unit by means of a flexible cable. The first and second increment transducers, pickups of torque, and arrester are connected with the third , fourth, fifth, and sixth inputs of the processor, respectively. The third and fourth outputs of the processor are connected with the first and second inputs of the unit for generating control signals .
