FIELD: analytical methods in polymer field.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to non-damaging control methods and consists in measuring, for test material, thermostimulated depolarization currents of initial samples calcined at different temperatures and so allowing exit of water molecules from crystals and samples kept in acid and alkali solutions. Examined are spectrums of thermostimulated depolarization currents for reference (pure) samples and samples alloyed during the synthesis with modifying additives changing vitrification temperature, which is expressed by change in the position of one of maxima in temperature scale of the spectrum. Vitrification temperature is determined as temperature, at which maximum appears in the spectrum. In particular, it is fourth maximum for polypropylene.
EFFECT: simplified analytical procedure.
