FIELD: automobile industry; motor industry; methods and the devices for supervision and control over the processes of ignition and the fuel combustion in the internal combustion engines.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the systems of supervision and control over the processes of ignition and combustion of the fuel, in particular, to the systems of supervision and control over the processes of combustion of the hydrocarbon fuel in the combustion chambers of the internal combustion chambers of the ICE. The system for realization of the method of supervision and control over the fuel combustion contains: the combustion chamber, the piston, the spark plug, the metal bar - the positive electrode insulated from the combustion chamber - the negative electrode, the engine control electronic system (EKES), the fuel delivery spray jets. The ionization sensor contains the negative electrode - the combustion chamber and the positive electrode - the metal bar isolated from the combustion chamber and mounted in the area the most remote from the spark plug. The value of the ionic current defining intensity of the fuel burning off is compared to the value of the ionic current at α=1 and if the ratio of the ionic current values are out of the limits of 0.6-0.75, the command the system sends the command to change the fuel consumption through the spray jet. For realization of the method supervision and control over the fuel combustion the ionization sensor is mounted in the in the area the most remote from the spark plug in the combustion chamber. As gauging of the ionic current of the flame and comparison of the measured current with the value of the ionic current at α=1 it is exercised continuously during the ICE operation, then at any moment there is the information on the dynamics of the fuel burning off near to the wall of the combustion chamber remote from the spark plug. Because the speed of transmission of the data on the dynamics of the fuel burning off is determined by the speed of electrons motion in the flame, then the gauging results and comparison of the values of the current reflect the dynamics of the burning off practically instantaneously, that gives the chance to control efficiently the operational process with the purpose to provide of the minimum toxicity of the engine exhaust. The technical result of the invention is provision of the minimum concentration of the unborn hydrocarbons in the exhaust gases of the reciprocating engines of the interior combustion.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the minimum concentration of the unborn hydrocarbons in the exhaust gases of the reciprocating engines of the interior combustion.
