SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with new noninvasive ways for detecting either the presence or the absence in biological sample of Helicobacter pylori antigen or metabolite produced by the bacterium due to biosensor-based measuring. The innovation, also, deals with the application of a biosensor that contains specific antibodies against H.pylori or their antigen-binding fragments immobilized together with biomolecule-repulsive polymers that prevent inspecific binding. The innovation, also, refers to the kits for testing to be applied in the suggested technique. The innovation provides the quickness and reliability of diagnostics; moreover, the methods suggested are of high sensitivity and specificity.
