FIELD: power engineering, possible use for transmitting and registering limitary ice coating loads on phase wires and lightning protecting wires of electric lines with usage of remote control mechanics and communication channels.
SUBSTANCE: device includes a beam with isolators and controlled phase wire on it as well as reinforcing armature, sensitive element, transformer of movement to code, containing encoding device and reading device d to it, which determines ice coating load in form of digital signal. On the support of the beam, transformer of ice coating load movement on phase wire is installed. Second sensitive element is mounted on cable stand in transformer of ice coating load movement on the wire. Sensitive elements are kinematically connected by means of traction bar to rotary lever installed on free end of each beam.
EFFECT: increased reliability of system functioning.
