FIELD: underground storage facilities, particularly ones created in soluble rock for liquid and gaseous hydrocarbon storage.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises body made as telescopic liner with telescopic rods and inlet orifices. The telescopic rods have pistons. Upper and lower working chambers filled with damping liquid and receiving chambers hydraulically communicated with working chambers through flow orifices are arranged inside the body. Valve casings with check valves are installed in telescopic rods. Cylindrical sleeve with radial orifices is connected to lower telescopic rod. The radial orifices may be closed with sliding bush provided with seat for shear ball valve.
EFFECT: improved operational reliability, increased completeness of brine removal and possibility to convert unrecoverable liquid brine into solid matter.
