FIELD: food processing and alcoholic industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing rectified ethyl alcohol used in preparing high-quality alcoholic drinks. For producing alcohol "Alfa" from mash method involves using a device consisting of mash, fraction column (45-60 plates), rectifying column (75-85 columns) and a column for final purification (45-65 plates). For producing alcohol "Alfa" from crude ethyl alcohol method involves using the same device but without a mash column. Rectifying column works in the hydroselection regimen with feeding hydroselection water on one of upper plates. Pressure value over upper plates doesn't exceed 0.2 m of water column. Head and intermediate impurities are removed from the rectifying column from a condenser as a single product. In purifying the fractionation intermediate product in rectifying column impurities are removed from a condenser and from column, and additional removal of intermediate impurities from one-three plates in the range from 25-th to 45-th plate is carried out. In purification of rectified ethyl alcohol in column for final treatment working in fractionating regimen impurities are removed from condenser as a single product. Purified rectified ethyl alcohol is removed from bottom part of this column. If this column works in rectification regimen then impurities are removed from condenser and bottom part of column and purified rectified ethyl alcohol is removed from one of upper plates of the column. Using the invention allows enhancing quality of rectified ethyl alcohol.

EFFECT: improved producing method of ethyl alcohol.
