FIELD: production of rectified edible alcohol.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes wort rectification in plant having heated columns equipped with dephlegmators and condensers: wort column, fractionating column, rectifying column and final cleaning column; method includes distillation of wort in wort column for obtaining wort distillate which is cleaned in fractionating column working in hydro-selection mode at discharge of overhead and intermediate admixtures from its condenser and obtaining fractionation intermediate product in rectifying column at discharge of fusel oil, fusel alcohol and non-pasteurized alcohol taken from column, thus obtaining rectified ethyl alcohol which is cleaned in final cleaning column and final product is removed from the still of this column. Wort distillate is cleaned in fractionating column which is provided with concentration, boiling and stripping sections. Dephlegmator of fractionating column has two sections. Before cleaning the fractionation intermediate product in stripping section of fractionating column, additional cleaning of fractionation intermediate product is carried out for cleaning the product from organic acids and other tailings which are withdrawn from still of fractionating column together with byproduct of rectification cleaning process, as well as from components of fusel oil and other intermediate admixtures which are taken from vapor phase of plates in its center portion and are directed to fusel condenser. Reinforcing of fractionation intermediate product with ethyl alcohol is performed on lower plates of boiling section which is taken from liquid phase of these plates and is fed to feed plate of rectifying column. Concentration section of fractionating column is divided into two zones by means of partition fitted with drain sleeve without holes for passage of vapor which is evacuated from vapor space of upper plate of lower zone through side branch pipe and is fed to the first section of dephlegmator. Phlegm cleaned from admixtures is directed from this section to upper plate of lower zone of concentration section and vapor from first section if dephlegmator enriched with admixtures is introduced into vapor space above partition. This vapor is used for heating the upper zone of column concentration section working at increased specific consumption of hydro-selection water. Fraction of fusel alcohol from rectifying column and hydro-selection water are directed to upper plate of this column. Vapor from upper plate of fractionating column is directed to second section of dephlegmator where it is additionally reinforced with admixtures which are taken from condenser of this column in form of fractions of overhead and intermediate admixtures and is discharged from wort rectification system.
EFFECT: improved quality of rectified alcohol; low expenses.
