SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out clinical examination of patient, taking mandible and maxillary imprints, manufacturing plaster control and diagnostic models. Actual dental row width is measured on the mandible and maxillary imprints in the first premolars level as distance between Pon points. Individual dental row width optimum is measured in the first premolars region. Distance from the left to the right zygion point and the values are substituted into relationship of b1=rzy-zy/k1, where b1 is the individual dental row width optimum in the first premolars region, rzy-zy is the distance between the zygion points; k1=3.5 is the adjustment index. The value is compared to the actual dental row width in the first premolars region. The difference value is interpreted in terms of anomaly expression. Adjustment index k2=2.7 in the second version.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in estimating orthodontic disorders degree.
