FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: orthesis has mounting hardware for segments of extremity connected by joint, hinges and drive mechanism disposed in casing. M gearing is used as drive mechanism; warm of gear is mounted in openings at opposite walls of rectangular casing and it is driven into rotation by handle disposed at its axis. Worm wheel of mechanism is fixed at the same axis as two parallel ribs of hardness are, which are mounted on hinges and have to be mounting hardware at segment of extremity, which segment is disposed more proximal than joint. Mounting hardware is mounted onto the same axis, which hardware has development plate and thrust, connected together by screw, which screw is fixed onto segment of extremity disposed more proximal than joint. Thrust is fixedly mounted onto axis and plate of development is mounted on hinges.
EFFECT: dosed distraction of nerve; reduced probability of complications; higher convenience at use.
