FIELD: chemical industry; methods of production of the ammonium fluoroberyllate.

SUBSTANCE: the invention pertaining to the method of production of the ammonium fluoroberyllate and may be used for production of the ammonium fluoroberyllate in production of beryllium fluoride. The method of production of the ammonium fluoroberyllate provides for effect on the beryllium-containing raw by the water solution of the ammonium bifluoride at the fluorine molar ratio to the beryllium equal to 10÷15, and рН = 7.5÷9.0 within 2÷5 h. The beryllium-containing raw previously is exposed to the mechanic activation in the aqueous phase at the ratio of the solid to the liquid S:L=1:(0.8÷1) in the planetary centrifugal crushers at the centrifugal acceleration up to 45 g during 5-10 minutes and thickening and after that conduct leaching of the thickened activated product at the temperature of 130÷180°С. The thickened activated product is added with solution of the ammonium bifluoride up to the ratio of S:L = 1:(6÷7.5). The upper flow drain from the thickening of the activated pulp goes to the following phase of the mechanic activation. The invention allows to exclude the fusion and pelletizing processes of the beryllium-containing raw, to ensure the high degree of extraction of the beryllium by using just the hydrometallurgical methods.
