FIELD: technological processes of cleaning surfaces from traces of lead melts after application of diffusion coats and after using the lead melts for heat treatment of articles.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes treatment of articles by dipping them in NaOH melt preheated to temperature of 500-700C; NaOH melt is just alkali-salt melt containing NaOH and chlorides of Na, K and Ca at the following ratio of components, mass-%: NaOH, 30-10; NaCl, 14-18; KCl, 21-28; CaCl2, 35-44. After dipping the articles in alkali-salt melt, they are subjected to vibration action. Device proposed for realization of this method has housing with cover on which vibrator is mounted; vibrator is connected with rod for hanging the articles; cylindrical reservoir for alkali-salt melt located inside housing has taper bottom and lead receiver under it provided with gate and hole for discharge of lead which are interconnected via passage. Heaters are located around the alkali-salt melt reservoir and under lead receiver.
EFFECT: reduced losses of lead; possibility of reuse of lead; reduction of technological cycle due to combination of cleaning procedure with heat treatment of material.
