SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with evaluating the state and the degree of microcapillaries' purification. The method is based upon conjunctival biomicroscopy. Moreover, it is necessary to successively and thoroughly masticate bread of "Tibet" type for about 5-10 min. Then the masticated mass should be swallowed followed by the intake of biologically active products that contain K, Mg, Ca, J, Zn, for example, dried apricots in chocolate. Then it is necessary to do light physical loading as a 3-4-min-long exercise upon a veloergometer or "running track" to carry out conjunctival biomicroscopy once again. According to the difference of the first and the second testings it is possible to state upon the degree of microcapillaries' purification.
