FIELD: medicine, diagnostics.

SUBSTANCE: with a digital photocamera it is necessary to take pictures of conjunctival part at illumination of a slotted electric lamp at frequency being 24 pictures/sec, 5 pictures, totally. Taken pictures should be transmitted to the computer to evaluate the state of vascular conjunctiva. Then it is necessary to print photopictures and the results of diagnostics. In the course of diagnostics should be taken into account positive correlation IAV and the value of left atrium, right atrium, the weight of left ventricle's myocardium, the thickness of anterior wall of right ventricle; negative correlation at the ratio of the peaks of transmitral flows E/A, positive correlation of the total index of winding (TIW) and the thickness of anterior wall of right ventricle, negative correlation of TIW and the thickness of posterior wall of left ventricle, the thickness of anterior wall of right ventricle and positive correlation at the ratio of peaks of transmitral flows E/A, positive correlative interrelationship of the index of distance between the branches (IDB) and right atrium, the thickness of posterior wall of left ventricle and the thickness of anterior wall of right ventricle; negative correlation at the ratio of peaks of transmitral flows E/A, negative correlative interrelationship of the average angle of branches' divergence (AABD) and the thickness of posterior wall of left ventricle, the value of right atrium, the thickness of anterior wall of right ventricle; positive correlative interrelationship at the ratio of peaks of transmitral flows E/A. The innovation enables to evaluate the state of structural-functional cardiac values by the state of vascular conjunctiva.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics.
