FIELD: casting production.
SUBSTANCE: fitting includes steel pipe with opening for filling it with core sand and with opening for continuously extracting ready core. Said pipe has heated and non-heated portions. The last is lined on its inner side with basalt providing non-stickiness of cold and hot core sand. Heated portion is reinforced with sleeve having corundum coating on its working part.
EFFECT: improved wear resistance, increased useful life period of fitting.
