SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with choosing the tactics for prescribing prophylactic transfusions of thrombocytic concentrates (TC) in hematological patients at thrombocytopenia. In hematological patients in case of thrombocytopenia being below 20×10⁹/l it is necessary to evaluate the state in points according to the scale of evaluating polyorganic dysfunction. At total value of 120 points and more one should predict high risk of the development of clinically valuable hemorrhagic syndrome, and at total value being under 120 points - low risk. The innovation in question enables to prescribe prophylactic transfusions of TC in due time and shorten their unwarrantedly frequent usage by, thus, decreasing the frequency of post-transfusion complications and cost of treating hematological patients.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and accuracy of prediction.
