FIELD: medicine; medical ecology; hygienic diagnostics.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to assess the probability of developing bronchial asthma in schoolchildren associated with the combined complex effects of environmental factors such as nickel, manganese, zinc, formaldehyde, benzene in the inhaled air, as well as with the presence of negative factors in the educational environment, lifestyle and a violation of the nutritional structure. Toxicological and laboratory parameters, as well as diagnostic criteria related to the modern educational process, lifestyle and nutritional structure are determined. As toxicological indicators, the content of nickel, manganese, zinc, formaldehyde and benzene is determined in a schoolchild’s blood sample. As laboratory indicators in a blood sample, the levels of malondialdehyde (MDA), creatinine, interleukin-6 (IL-6), cortisol, acetylcholine, serotonin, total cholesterol, immunoglobulin M (IgM), CD3+- lymphocytes, rel., CD3+CD8+- lymphocytes, rel., CD16+CD56+- lymphocytes, rel., magnesium, and percentage of phagocytosis are determined. As criteria relating to the modern educational process of a schoolchild, the duration of use of electronic learning tools (ELT) during the lesson is established. As criteria related to lifestyle, the daily duration of walking is determined. The consumption of chicken meat is established as criteria regarding the schoolchild's nutritional structure. If the schoolchild simultaneously has the following conditions: if the schoolchild's blood sample contains nickel in the amount of 0.0049–0.0065 mcg/cm3; manganese in the amount of 0.014–0.016 μg/cm3; zinc in the amount of 4.913–4.957 μg/cm3; formaldehyde in the amount of 0.034–0.042 μg/cm3; benzene in the amount of 0.00052–0.00092 μg/cm3; when the MDA content in the blood is in the range of 2.2–3.1 µmol/cm3; when the blood level of creatinine is in the range of 48–64 µmol/dm3; total cholesterol in the range of 3.76–4.77 mmol/dm3; with a relative content of CD3+ lymphocytes in the range of 66–75%; with a relative content of CD3+CD8+ lymphocytes in the range of 22–30%; with a relative content of CD16+CD56+ lymphocytes in the range of 6–14%; with a percentage of phagocytosis ranging from 43–58%; at a magnesium level of 0.8–0.9 mmol/dm3; when the blood acetylcholine level is 10.7–21.3 pg/ml; serotonin is in the amount of 138.8–249.1 ng/ml; when IL-6 is in the range of 1.33–2.07 pg/ml; cortisol is in the range of 185.6–329.7 nmol/cm3; IgM is in the range of 1.08–1.53 g/dm3; with simultaneous duration of use of ELT during the lesson for more than 30 minutes; with an increase in chicken meat consumption by 5% or more compared to the average daily norms, as well as with a walking duration of less than 20 minutes in a row, less than 2 times a day, it may be concluded that there is a high degree of probability of developing bronchial asthma in schoolchildren.
EFFECT: method provides the possibility of an informative and evidence-based assessment of the probability of developing bronchial asthma in schoolchildren associated with the combined complex effects of environmental factors such as nickel, manganese, zinc, formaldehyde, benzene in the inhaled air, as well as with the presence of negative factors in the educational environment, lifestyle and with a violation of the nutritional structure, by determining the above-mentioned toxicological and laboratory parameters, as well as determining diagnostic criteria related to the modern educational process, lifestyle and nutritional structure.
