SUBSTANCE: metallic strip is produced in plant for metal continuous casting having ingot mold with movable cooled walls and successively arranged rolling line. At outlet of ingot mold before hot rolling line onto surface of metallic strip product creating lubrication layer is applied onto surface of metallic strip. It allows achieve high reduction degree for one pass. Gas separation at decomposition of lubricating product from time moment of its application onto strip provides protection of metallic strip against oxidation.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of plant due to high reduction degree for one pass.
