Apparatus has chromatographic column comprising at least one mole sieve capable of absorbing molecules of mobile phase and holding molecules of components of sample under analysis. Detector is positioned downstream of each mole sieve for determining respective component.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in determining quality of food products.
