SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analytical chemistry. Disclosed is a method for determining organophosphorus pesticides in plant material, where pesticides are extracted from milled and sieved plant material by extraction with acetonitrile with deuterated internal standards, the formed mixture is shaken, centrifuged, after which the supernatant is passed through a syringe filter for microfiltration, then the filtered extract is placed in an autosampler of a chromatograph for mass spectrometric detection, and the content of organophosphorus pesticides is determined by high-performance liquid chromatography with mass spectrometric detection on a liquid chromatography-mass spectrometer with an orbitrep detector, analyzed substances are separated on a column with a mobile phase - 0.1% formic acid in water - eluent A and acetonitrile - eluent B - at a flow rate of 0.35 ml/min and a nitrogen nebulizer gas, during gradient elution, and for determination of content, working solutions of organophosphorus pesticides are prepared, a calibration curve is plotted, content of analysed organophosphorus pesticides is calculated.

EFFECT: invention provides high sensitivity and shorter analysis time.
