FIELD: agriculture, biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with industrial methods for obtaining protein isolates. Protein isolates out of oil-bearing seeds, particularly, canola's protein isolates, preferably, of high purity degree, at least, approximately 100 weight (N×6.25) should be obtained out of oil-bearing seeds meal due to uninterrupted technique in the course of which the protein of oil-bearing seeds should be constantly extracted out of oil-bearing seeds meal. The obtained protein solution should be constantly concentrated, preferably, up to the content of protein in it of, at least, approximately 200 g/l, and concentrated protein solution should be constantly mixed with cooled water, it temperature being below approximately 15°C, at forming protein micelles which should be deposited into a sedimentation tank for obtaining protein micellar mass (PMM), as for supernatant it is poured over the tank. When the preset quantity of PMM is available, PMM mass should be separated against supernatant followed by drying. It is possible to treat supernatant for the purpose to extract additional protein isolate of oil-bearing seeds.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
