FIELD: extraction of protein isolates, in particular, extraction of isolate protein from canola seeds.
SUBSTANCE: method involves removing solvent from flour produced from oil-bearing crop seeds at temperature of about 100°C or below said value, preferably at temperature of from 70°C to 80°C; providing aqueous extraction of flour produced from canola seeds.
EFFECT: increased yield of protein isolate from oil-bearing crop seeds owing to using solvent removal procedure.
