SUBSTANCE: invention is related to bakery food industry and may be used in production of special, dietary and health-improving bakery products. Typically the composition for meat bread preparation contains swollen seed, chopped in average particles of 100-300 mcm, grained amaranth seeds, squeezed and/or crush till tegmen is damaged, minced beef or minced chicken, chopped in average particles of 200-400 mcm, emulsifier and water. The components are taken at the specified ratio. Method includes wetting of the seeds and grained amaranth seeds for inhibition. Then swollen seed is dried, chopped in average particles of 100-300 mcm. Taking specified recipe components dough is kneaded. After that dough is melted, put into forms and baked.

EFFECT: enriching bread with squalene, when consumed, imbues human organism with oxygen, that speeds up metabolism, improves blood circulation, has strong anticarcinogen and anti-microbic impact.
