SUBSTANCE: apparatus has supporting poles and vertical holder provided with foot fixing device and designed for rotation on cross-piece connected to supporting poles, and at least one rotation angle limiting device made in the form of at least one stop. Stop has at least one supporting surface provided on outer surface of cross-piece. At least one supporting pole has at least one rotation angle limiting device for limiting angle of rotation of cross-piece. Rotation angle limiting device is designed so that distance to stops and needed angle of rotation are taken into consideration.
