SUBSTANCE: one should obtain autotransplants due to dissecting 1/3 parts of tendons of lateral and median great muscles of thigh at continuing the incision upwards at mobilization of muscular tissue parts being necessary for reconstructing the defect of rectus muscle of thigh. It is necessary to dissect a tendinous part of autotransplants from the capsule of a knee joint, connect the ends of the parts of autotransplants' tendons of lateral and median muscles, suture a tendinous part of autotransplants transaxially towards the prepared platform of the upper patellar pole, suture the internal surfaces of tendons and the parts of lateral and median muscles T-shapely, between each other and towards the rest part of rectus muscle of thigh. The innovation provides the reconstruction of proximal department of patellar ligament and rectus muscle of thigh and, also, the reconstruction of the function of shin unbending and movements of the inferior limb totally.
