FIELD: the invention refers to the technique of controlling materials and articles and may be used at nano indenting or in a scanning sounding microscope, for measuring of electrical properties of the surface of the material with nanometer resolution.
SUBSTANCE: the sounding arrangement for measuring of electrical parameters of materials has a foundation and an electric conductive sound with a sharp-pointed contact zone fulfilled out of a diamond alloyed with boron with a content of admixture of Boron in concentration of 1x1016 cm3. Besides in quality of alloy admixture they use additionally nitrogen, arsenic, phosphorus, gallium, indium. The diamond sound is in contact with the investigated surface with possibility of applying between the sound and the sample of voltage and measuring of current. The usage of semi-conductive diamond allows manufacturing of a sound with far superior analogs with mechanical durability, chemical stability, wear resistance. The characteristic of the arrangement is the width of the spectrum of investigated materials including extra-hard.
EFFECT: the sound allows work with currents of high density and provides good thermal tapping out of the working zone.
