SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to prepare the beans and the sauce followed by packing into consumer's packages, sealing and sterilization. Prepared beans should be soaked and blanched till 200%-swelling, sauce should be boiled for about 5-10 min for subsequent packaging. The sauce additionally contains sweet pepper, garlic, chili pepper and sugar at a certain ratio of the components taken. The innovation enables to decrease energy expenses at improved dietary characteristics and palatability of the suggested canned food.
