FIELD: food industry, canned food industry.
SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to prepare the beans and tomato paste-containing sauce, common salt, hot black pepper, water, onions followed by packing into consumer's packages, sealing and sterilization. Prepared beans should be soaked and blanched till 200%-swelling. While preparing the sauce one should apply tomato paste at the content of dry substances being 30% and onions in raw condition, additionally, it is necessary to supplement the sauce with sugar, garlic and wheat flour. The sauce should be boiled for about 5-10 min. Ready-to-use beans and the sauce should be delivered for subsequent packaging at a certain ratio of the components taken. The innovation enables to improve dietary characteristics and palatability of the suggested canned food.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
