FIELD: biotechnology, in particular, process for creating of novel basic selection materials.
SUBSTANCE: method involves placing gathered rape plant buds in solutions of phytohormones and holding in refrigerator during 2-3 days at temperature of 4-5 C. Such treatment allows yield of embryoid structures to be increased. Phytohormones used may be, for example, 2.4-D, kinetin or gibberellic acid. On using of 2.4-D having concentration of at least 1.0 mg/l, maximum yield of embryoids is 6.6%. On usage of kinetin having concentration of 0.4-0.6 mg/l, yield of embryoids is 5.5%. Processing of buds with gibberellic acid stimulates yield of embryoids of up to 7.4% in concentration of up to 0.1 mg/l.
EFFECT: increased yield of embryoid structures.
