METHOD FOR PRACTICING OF BOXER'S BLOW AND APPARATUS FOR REALIZING THE SAME Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC A63B69/34 

FIELD: sports, in particular, sportsmen exercising equipment.

SUBSTANCE: method involves relaxing hand and delivering blow at target by relaxed hand while turning boxer's body; performing hand relaxation by hanging arm wrist relative to boxer's shoulder; the moment fist reaches target, clenching wrist in fist gripping soft expander; relaxing fist immediately after coming thereof into contact with target; using soft rubber ring as soft expander. Apparatus for practicing of boxer's blow has at least one flexible hanger for maintaining arm and shoulder in relaxed state. Flexible hanger is equipped with means for fastening its one end to boxer's wrist and means for fastening its other end to boxer's shoulder. Flexible hanger has adjustable length. Apparatus has vest made from durable cloth with cords extending through shoulders, forward and rearward of shoulders to belt, and with strainer means attached to cords arranged on back and extending from shoulder to belt. Means for fastening of flexible hanger to boxer's shoulder is attached to outer end of cord positioned on vest shoulder. Strainer means is made in the form of rope. Vest has belt loop.

EFFECT: increased efficiency in practicing of boxer's blows and simplified construction of apparatus.
