SUBSTANCE: device comprises means for sampling, capillary gas chromatographic member for separating the sample to be analyzed into components, unit for oxidizing the separated sample, units for removing water and reducing nitrogen oxides of the sample, and isotope mass-spectrometer. The oxidizing unit is made of a tubular furnace and solid electrolyte electrochemical flowing cell. The cell has solid electrolyte member provided with the conductors and electrodes applied on its inner and outer sides. The device is additionally provided with the unit for measuring and unit for control that is connected with the electrodes of solid electrolyte member through the conductors.
