FIELD: chemical industry; medicine; composite filtering materials and the methods of their preparation.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the composite filtering materials having the antimicrobial activity. The invention presents the method of production of the material, according to which the carrier is selected from the following row: aluminosilicate, silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, titanium dioxide and is exposed to purification, treatment with the solution of the divalent tin salt and then it is exposed to treatment with the solution of the silver nitrate, flushing by the demineralized water, photoactivation with recovery of the ions of silver and formation on the surface of the carrier of the three-layer structure made out of the nanoparticles of silver, silver oxides and clusters of silver. The produced material is dried in the SHF-furnace. The invention ensures production of the material with the high antimicrobial activity and good filtering characteristics.
