FIELD: dust collection equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a dust collection technique. Dust collection unit with a vibroacoustic cyclone contains a vibroacoustic cyclone of the first stage of the dust collection unit, which is connected to an acoustic column and a vibrator installed in a conical hopper. Cyclone consists of a cylindrical and conical parts and located in its upper part of the peripheral input of the gas stream and the axial outlet branch pipe of the purified gas. Acoustic column in its lower part is connected to the axial outlet branch pipe of the purified gas and contains a conical baffle plate installed by its large base in the bottom base of the acoustic column, and the cavity formed by the surfaces of the baffle plate and the column is connected by a bypass tap with a peripheral input of the gas flow. In the upper part of the acoustic column there is an outlet branch of purified gas and an oscillation generator connected to the control unit. Dust collecting apparatus includes a frame body with fences, a support part with a dust collecting bin and a dust collector mounted on the base, as well as the inlet and outlet ducts of the filter section of the dust collector with bag-type filters, respectively, with inlet and outlet branch pipes, in this case, the collector is installed with injectors of the fire and explosion safety system with the control unit, which is connected electronically to the common microprocessor, the bag filter regeneration system with the pulse purging mechanism, which is provided with the control unit for each purge nozzle solenoid valve and is connected to the common regeneration control unit, which is connected electronically to the common microprocessor. Temperature sensor is installed in the inlet duct of the filter section, the emergency dust level sensor is installed in the dust collecting hopper, and the thermal automatic sensor-detector is installed in the outlet box of the filter section, the outputs from which are connected to the common microprocessor, which is located in the control cabinet. Each of nozzles of fire-explosion safety system of the device includes body and coaxially disposed and rigidly connected to it in upper part of the fitting with an inlet cylindrical hole connected to the diffuser, which is axially symmetric in the housing, on the cut-out of which is located a perforated disk, and in body lower part a body is placed axisymmetric to nozzle, with at least three projections centering it in axial cylindrical chamber, herewith nozzle is made with a central hole on the inner surface of which a screw thread is made, and between the perforated disk and the nozzle is placed a hollow helical conical swirl nozzle with a screw thread, the nozzle is pressed against the nozzle body by a threaded washer with a central confuser.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency of explosion-and-explosion safety of the dust collection process.
