FIELD: railway transport; ac/dc supply rolling stock.

SUBSTANCE: proposed system contains ac voltage pickup in contact system, dc voltage pickup in contact system whose output circuits are connected to matching and optical decoupling input unit, resistive-capacitive voltage divider connected in parallel to primary side of dc voltage pickup in contact system, kind-of-current selector connected to matching and optical decoupling output unit, and also compressed air pressure transmitter, quick-acting air circuit breaker state transmitter, main circuit breaker state transmitter, actuating elements state transmitters of kind of current monitoring system connected to matching and optical decoupling input unit, microcontroller whose ports are coupled with matching and optical decoupling input and output units, indicating unit connected to matching and optical decoupling output unit, nonvolatile memory electrically coupled with microcontroller, interface connecting kind-of-current monitoring system with microprocessor locomotive, actuating elements (intermediate relays) of kind-of-current monitoring system connected to matching and optical decoupling output unit, heating unit which provides heating of device of kind-of current monitoring system in winter period.

EFFECT: increased speed of negotiating of neutral inserts and voltage bond units, protection of power circuit of electric locomotive in emergency and preservation of information on functioning of monitoring system.
