SUBSTANCE: as a criterion of vascular reaction degree to the dosed load with respiratory hypoxic mixture one should consider the change in oxygen intake per 1 min out of 1 ml alveolar volume at plotting the curve of the dependence of O2 intake against the degree of hypoxia and the time of its impact. The innovation enables to determine the reaction of pulmonary circulation vessels to the impact of dosed hypoxia and according to the results of this estimation it is possible to evaluate the risk of hemodynamic disorders in lungs in case of unfavorable conditions (acute or chronic pulmonary diseases at affected ventilation and the development of hypoxemia or the impact of environmental factors, for example, high mountains or restricted delivery of oxygen because of peculiarities of industrial activity) that simplifies the prediction of chronization tempo for the diseases of broncho-pulmonological system and the development of respiratory deficiency.
