SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the devices of molding of the substances in the plastic state, in particular, to the devices with the rotating parts of the spinneret for the extrusive molding of the mesh pipes out of the polymeric thermoplastic material. The extrusion head consists of the body with the heater and the cavity filled with the melt coming out of the extruder. The cavity shuts the disk consisting of the inter-movable internal and external annular spinnerets. In the spinnerets there are the uniformly distributed holes for extrusion of the material. The spinnerets have the concentrically disposed sliding surfaces formed by the truncated cones narrowing in direction of extrusion. Inside the body there is the triblet with the capability of rotation in the plain bearing. The bearing shuts the cavity from the side opposite to the disk. The internal annular spinneret is tightened on one of the ends of the triblet. The external annular spinneret is tightened on the holder mounted on the body with the capability of rotation. The device also contains the rotary drive of the triblet and the holder in the opposite directions. The value of the angle at the vertex of the truncated cone formed by the concentrically disposed sliding surfaces of internal and external annular spinnerets is within the interval of 10°÷60°. The hole for extruding of the material are made in the form of the channels, the radial dimension of each of which is bigger than its width. The invention ensures extension of the technological capabilities of the device, to increase the speed of extrusion and the radial rigidity of the pipe.
