FIELD: ironmongery, particularly rotary sealing devices including flexible members, for instance cable cuts, as locking means.
SUBSTANCE: seal comprises body with through orifices for flexible enclosing member inlet and outlet. Flexible enclosing member has free and passive ends and rotor rotationally installed in the body and provided with through orifice to receive flexible enclosing member. Seal comprises rotor turning handle and means to create clamping nondetachable connection between the body and the rotor. The body is mounted inside shell and closed with lid. Means to create clamping nondetachable connection is made as springs diametrically arranged inside body grooves cooperating with mating rotor grooves during lock closing. Body has symmetric diametrically arranged recesses having depths equal to at least diameter of flexible enclosing member. Each depression extends along arch defined by 90° angle. Ends of each depression coincides with inlet and outlet orifices for flexible enclosing member passage. Rotor has orifices symmetric with respect to mating through orifice axis and adapted to receive handle extensions. Lid has radial grooves mating with said rotor orifices.
EFFECT: increased reliability and prevention of non-authorized opening, improved operational convenience.
