FIELD: medicine, urology, andrology.

SUBSTANCE: one should study the quality of sperm due to microscopic trial to detect the mobility of spermatozoa in native preparation with physiological solution. Moreover, it is important to supplement this native preparation that contains 0.4 ml ejaculate and 0.4 ml physiological solution with 0.4 ml perfluoran to be kept for 3 min followed by the repeated microscopy. In case of increased quantity of mobile spermatozoa by 30% and more one should predict efficient therapy of sterility. The innovation enables to modify the trial on detecting the quality of sperm for predicting the efficiency of treating asthenospermia-induced sterility.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of investigation.
